I've been working on a few more wall hangings in-between making greeting cards and sitting by my phone. Waiting makes me very anxious, and causes me to jump between projects. The positive side of that is that I get a lot accomplished. I'm also finishing up a wedding gift for a close friend, which i'll post soon. That is, after she receives it.
Last week I was trying to brush up on my calligraphy too. I tried my hand at using a dip pen that I bought a while back. It's definitely different than being able to refill that little reservoir on a calligraphy nib, but I got the hang of it. I'm hoping to get into some wedding invitation addressing in the future. I think I could have some fun with that!
