Today is my birthday! I got a late start, but I know I'll get into some project later on today. I got a new drawer unit for my closet, so maybe I'll just sort paper.
Yesterday I got a custom wedding calligraphy job. It was very fun to work on. I decided I really enjoy painting peacock feathers. This is the version that she chose.
Last week I knit this cowl for my mom. It was a nice little project, and went quickly since I used Lion Brand Wool-Ease chunky yarn. Nice and warm for however many more weeks there are of winter this year. You can find the pattern on the LBY site here.
